MARRAKECH
Classic
programme for a convention trip to Marrakech 4 days/3 nights
DAY
1:
Assistance on arrival at Marrakech airport. Transfer to the chosen hotel
where welcome drinks are served before dinner.
DAY
2:
American buffet breakfast in the hotel.
Convention in the morning, meeting room provided and equipped with flip
chart, felt pens, overhead projector or carrousel slide projector, screen.
Mineral water and 2 coffee breaks (tea, coffee ,orange juice, pastries)
Lunch by the pool.
In the
afternoon, guided tour of Marrakech, including the Menara Gardens, the
Koutoubia Minaret, The Bahia Palace and the Dar Si Said Museum, the souks
and Jmaa El Fna square.
After dinner
in the hotel, a casino evening in the hotel La Mamounia including entrance,
drinks and gambling chips.
DAY
3:
American buffet breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast depart to Asni
and Ouirgane located at the foot of Jbel Toubkal, the highest peak of
North Africa, the Berber village of Asni can be reached after crossing
Tahanaout, a small village clinging to the mountain and hardly distinguishable
from it and the steep gorges of the reghaya river.
The weekly
Tuesday market and Saturday country markets are the meeting point of all
the small farmers around.
It is a
very typical scene and an interesting place to browse around. This excursion
will finish with a highlight of a lunch at "La Roseraie", a
lovely restaurant amidst a beautiful rose garden.
Short briefing
with cocktail in a private room equipped before going to dinner under
typical tents located in palm groves, Mechoui, Couscous, a vibrant folklore
show and Fantasia, a traditional horse race.
DAY
4:
American buffet breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure, until transfer
to the airport for departure. |
